Logistic Congress 2024 Connect More Than 600 Experts


The Logistics Congress 2024, held from 27 to 29 March, was a hub for knowledge, experience, and new business opportunities. 

The region's most prominent international gathering attracted 604 attendees from more than 20 countries and 300 companies. Spread across five plenary sessions and a Research Day, the event featured 32 lectures, 4 introductory speeches, and 5 roundtables. A team of 42 lecturers and 4 opening speakers formed the program, while the Congress was bolstered by the support of 2 partners, 47 sponsors, 13 supporters, and 11 media partners.


The Congress started with an opening ceremony and speech by Igor Žula, President of the Slovenian Logistics Association (SLA/SLZ), Dr Markus Mau, President of the European Logistics Association (ELA); Melita Rozman Dacar, M.A., Director of SŽ – Tovorni promet; and Matjaž Han, Minister of Economy, Tourism, and Sport of Slovenia. The opening ceremony also included the Logistician of the Year 2023 award ceremony. The award went to Melita Rozman Dacar, SŽ – Tovorni promet.


The participants left the Congress with an expanded network of connections, numerous opportunities for international business growth, and a renewed sense of enthusiasm. Each individual, whether a lecturer, sponsor, participant, or staff member, contributed to the success of the Congress and its enriching experience.
